This project is performed together with the client’s project team and includes the followings stages:

Investments could be attracted from both financial investors (private equity funds, venture funds, investment companies, private investors), and companies as strategic investors.

The process of investment attraction involves the followings stages:

Stage 1. Preliminary stage

The aims of investment attracting, expected deadlines and terms are determined at this stage during the meetings with company’s owners and management. After confidentiality agreement signing the preliminary analysis of investment idea or existing project is conducted.

Project team members are appointed by the Client. Preliminary legal and financial data collection is carried out. Requirement Specification on investment attraction is prepared Services Agreement is signed.

Stage 2. Investment project development

The investment business plan including argumentation of all key data and different business scenarios is prepared at this stage. The financial model with the provision to be adapted under the investors’ requirements is developed. The main risks are evaluated.

Short investment memorandum is prepared based on the obtained information; the action plan on the investment attractiveness increasing is developed.

Stage 3. Investor finding and selecting

Desonn Partners company carries out the search of potential investors by using address bases of investment funds, tied contacts with institutional and private investors, and also by the goal-oriented searching of strategic investors.

We determine the interest of potential investors in the proposed project, present necessary information and provide project presentation, support our client in the negotiation process with the concerned investors.

Stage 4. Investment attraction transaction support

We will develop the optimum transaction structure of attracting investments with minimum risks.

Services on transaction legal support, preparation and co-ordination of contract drafts will be rendered.
